Rhythm of Design at The Mantl: The Gastronomy Stage Where Geometry, Light and Function Meet

In The Mantl, we designed a vast 410 m² space not just as a restaurant, but as a holistic experience space. Our design goal was to create an atmosphere of balanced modernity and emotional connection that could be felt in every corner of the space. To this end, we meticulously considered every detail, from the material selection to the lighting scenarios.

The space's core identity is built on strong contrasts and textural richness. Black ceramic surfaces, textured wall panels, and matte-finished wood surfaces add both depth and elegance. Acoustic panels create an aesthetic rhythm on the ceiling, while also prioritizing user comfort and controlling echo and noise. Lighting was designed to reveal the spirit of the space through different scenarios, providing a different balance of light for each moment, from the dim evening atmosphere to the dynamic lunch service.

Mantl Cafe

The bar area, accented with amber-toned glass panels, is positioned at the heart of the restaurant, creating a visual focal point. This area is one of the most striking elements of the space, both in terms of its functionality and design. Modular seating options allow for easy adaptation to diverse user scenarios, enabling a plan suitable for both large group dining and more personal gatherings.

Geometric panel details and linear lighting effects enhance the space's modern style and offer guests an ever-changing perspective. The warm tones used on the floor create an intimate feel that balances this contemporary identity. The natural textures on the wood and textile surfaces add a palpable warmth to the space, creating a sense of well-being.

The Mantl is not limited to gastronomy; its design, material language, and spatial layout create a timeless space that is etched in memories. Every moment spent here becomes an experience that showcases the atmospheric power of architecture and offers a seamless blend of function and aesthetics.
