ARCHITECTURAL AND FIELD TRAINING PROGRAM

Stepping into the construction and architecture sectors is possible by creating a strong foundation with the right education. In this training, we will discuss the most necessary training programs for those new to the sector, which skills need to be developed, and the steps to follow to lay the foundations for a successful career.

In our course, we will have the necessary knowledge and experience by sequentially addressing the office environment and construction site flow with all its details from scratch to delivery in terms of Construction and Architecture.

Our instructors are experienced professionals in the industry and support the learning process by providing individual feedback to the participants. At the end of the course, participants will have developed projects that they can add to their portfolio.

Your goal; At the end of the training, you will have completed your architectural education in the field by handling an application project in full detail and doing the construction site process and cost analysis.

COURSE CONTENT

• SURVEYING AND TRANSFERRING TO DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT

The first line of the project is the measurement taken, surveying is the most important point of this work. Measurement taking and detailed techniques will be learned in detail under this title.

• CREATING THE PROJECT (FORMING PLANS ACCORDING TO REQUESTS)

It is the preparation phase of the necessary drawings in line with the necessary measurements and customer requests. It is the formation process of architecture.

• CREATING AUTOCAD / LAYOUT PLANTS

AutoCAD is actually the pen of an architect or designer and all the benefits of this program should be used. The layout system is a method of separating all the details in complex projects and simplifying the project and is a very useful technique.

• PROJECT PACKAGE CREATION (SECTIONS - VIEWS - 3D ETC)

A process where we create the details and visuals of the project in order to present the design to all teams and the customer in order to bring it to life, and this is the part where we are now coming to an end.

• WHAT IS AN APPLICATION AND HOW ARE PLAN STAGES CREATED

In this process, we will learn the details of the process we entered in order to learn the relationship of a module that is considered important in the wall or design with other factors, both in the field and in the AutoCAD environment.

• WET AREA DETAILS AND APPLICATION TECHNIQUES

There are areas that we call wet that we use in our daily lives, and since these areas directly contact with water, this directly damages the structure, what are the insulation details, how are they and how is the application done, this is the process where we will address these situations and gain information.

• FURNITURE MANUFACTURING PROJECTS

Manufacturing drawings are needed for the design to become physical, this is the area where we will gain information and experience on such issues as what kind of detail should be given to furniture drawings.

• MATERIAL DETAIL CREATION AND RESEARCH

Now that the implementation phase has passed, this is the process where we will learn the material details, color coating or preparation stages of sample samples of the design considered in the entire project if there is a special technique.

• ATTACHMENT/EXPLORATION/SUMMARY CREATION PROCESSES

In order for the project to come to life, we need to specify the cost and dimensions of each item. First, we will make it easier to grasp by making examples in an Excel table that we can call a general list, namely preliminary exploration. Then, we will have determined the general cost of the project with the definitive cost table.

• CONSTRUCTION SITE AND IMPLEMENTATION WORK SCHEDULE CREATION PROCESSES

Construction site applications are environments where multiple teams work together and within a program and your project will be completed in min. It is the area where you will work with cost.

For example, first applying screed to the area where ceramics will be made, then isolating it, then covering it with a ceramic master. In a more detailed and real project, we will experience all these processes.

• PROGRESS PAYMENT AND DELIVERY PROCESSES

It is the last work where the application is finished and you will receive the price you deserve, which is the best part of the job, and you will do it very carefully and fairly.
